Bon Jovi’s gig in Bucharest ends „This House is not For Sale” tour in Europe

Bon Jovi’s “This House Is Not For Sale” tour is kicking off in Europe on May 31, with the show in Bucharest, Romania, in Constitutiei Square on July 21, being the one to close the list of gigs on the European continent.

In 2011 Jon Bon Jovi was just ecstatic about the audience in Romania and by the organisation, so he offered another 60 minutes of show besides the two-hour concert. There were unforgettable moments for all! Constitutiei Square became a really special place for Bon Jovi.

The famous stage was immortalised through the photo that went round the world: Jon Bon Jovi, arms out in front of 60,000 people who worshiped him and the People’s House. We’ll repeat the magic story of 8 years ago”, said Denise Sandulescu, CEO D&D East Entertainment.

So, the Bucharest gig will end the European tour of the iconic band. Bon Jovi will perform in Tel Aviv, Israel in July 25 adn they will fly from there directly to Rock the Rio, Brazil.

The band now features Bon Jovi originals David Bryan and Tico Torres alongside Jon, plus long time bassist Hugh McDonald, co-producer and co-songwriter John Shanks and lead guitarist Phil X, who joined the band on that 2013 tour, replacing Richie Sambora.

We’ve become a new, rejuvenated Bon Jovi,” says Jon, “A refreshed line up that kills every night.  We sound better than ever and we’re enjoying every minute.  We are out there as a band, feeding off each other and the fans, having the time of our lives all over again.”

This tour places the spotlight firmly on the music and the songs, the body of work that has propelled Bon Jovi to over 130 million record sales.  The band is ready with a choice of around 95 songs that they can change up every night, but have also been playing their all time classics like “You Give Love A Bad Name”, “It’s My Life”, “Wanted Dead Or Alive”, “Bad Medicine” and of course, “Livin’ On A Prayer”.

Bon Jovi has performed in Bucharest, in the same Constitutiei Square in July 2011, in front of more than 60,000 spectators.
