Bucharesters, let’s go shopping! The largest Christmas fair in Romania kicked off

Over 250 companies from Romania and from other seven countries (Romania, Italy, Kenya, Great Britain, Poland, the Czech Republic and Sweeden) are exhibiting, starting on Monday, specific winter holiday products at Romexpo with the occasion of Bucharest Christmas Shopping. Opened until December 21, the fair visitors can find from decorations and souvenirs to clothes, shoes, cosmetics, home accessories, toys and traditional food.

Inside the Central Pavilion as well as on the outside platforms concerts, dance and theater moments, contests and creative workshops will try to attract as many visitors as possible. On Monday, at 2 p.m., visitors were able to enjoy the National Day concerts of Gheorghe Turda, Maria Carneci, Nelu Ploiesteanu, Mihai Constantinescu and Lavinia Parva, but also the 15,000 free dishes of beans with sausages. The fair’s visiting program will be daily from 12.00 to 20.00, and on December 19 to 21 between 12.00-02.00. Entrance is free.
