The concerts of the Coldplay band, which will take place next year in June in Bucharest, are officially sold out. In other words, all tickets were sold. Ever since the announcement of the famous band’s arrival in Romania, fans flocked to queue online to buy tickets. The success was so great that the second concert announced by the British band quickly dried up the platforms to buy tickets.

“The interest in Coldplay tickets was overwhelming, both in the press and this morning, when the general sale started. We are aware of the technical issues experienced by one of our ticketing partners due to heavy traffic, heavy traffic on the ticket page and have pressed for a speedy remediation of the situation. We want to thank Coldplay fans for their patience and promise them that next summer they will enjoy two extraordinary concerts at the National Arena in Bucharest,” said Laura Coroianu – Emagic CEO.

Coldplay, the famous British rock band, is coming to Romania for the first time. Initially, they announced a concert for June 12, 2024, but following a large demand for tickets, they decided to play two shows in our country, on June 12 and 13, 2024.

So, Coldplay will be performing 2 events in Bucharest Wednesday 12th June 2024 at the Arena Nationala and Thursday 13th June 2024 also at the National Arena.

On July 25, 2023, the start was made at the presale, in Romania. At 09:00 in the morning, there were over 40,000 people waiting in line on the band’s official website to buy tickets. Just after 11am, an online queue of over 80,000 people had already formed.

Those who can buy their first Coldplay tickets are fans who have registered in the press campaign. Even so, this does not guarantee getting the ticket, it is on a first come, first served basis. Due to high demand, the band’s official website reported errors.
