EUROPAfest, the only festival in Europe that brings together four musical genres – jazz, blues, pop and classical, came to the end of the 29th edition. For nine days, the festival brought good music to Bucharest, its scenes hosting artists from all over the world. Various rhythms from 23 countries, concerts full of energy and originality that captivated the audience, the friendships between the participants, the stories told during the concerts and the unexpected jam sessions defined the no. 29 edition of the festival.

The rich agenda offered unforgettable evenings for a heterogeneous audience, including: Opening Gala Concert, jazz and pop concerts, classical music recitals, jazz workshops, jam sessions.

The July 9th concert ends the series of EUROPAfest 29 events with an evening dedicated to musical excellence. The Grand Prize of the festival was live in front of the audience at the EUROPAfest Gala, with spectators enjoying a 100% jazzy atmosphere and with Dons Trio | Denmark, East Side Jazz Initiative | Indonesia, TangOstinato | Italy, and Hard Swing Mango | France performing.

Luigi Gageos, director of EUROPAfest: “The gala is a premium concert, the icing on the cake of the whole festival. Even if you haven’t been to the other events of the festival, this is one not to be missed. It’s the quintessence of the whole festival!”
