First artists announced at FLIGHT FESTIVAL

FLIGHT FESTIVAL is getting ready to surprise again in 2024! After the last edition in which the three festivals united under the umbrella of District 2023, this year Flight Festival returns with fresh forces and announces the first wave of artists.

James Arthur, the British singer adored for his incredible voice and hits that make your heart flutter, is coming to Timișoara for the first time. He conquered the UK charts with his fifth studio album, “Bitter Sweet Love”, the artist’s second album to reach number one. In total, the singer achieved four times the platinum disc and two times the gold disc. Arthur rose to fame in 2012 when he won the ninth season of the casting show “The X Factor”.

Subcarpathians, an explosive mix of old and new, underground folklore on the rhythms of trip-hop, dubstep, hip-hop and dancehall, will once again be present on the stage in Timișoara.

Deliric, the genius of Romanian rap together with Silent Strike w/ Muse Orchestra manage to convey together an incomparable emotion that penetrates deep into the souls of the listeners.

Mario Fresh, one of the most popular artists in Romania, with an impressive fan base and a series of successful collaborations, will bring the summer vibe through his songs.

Also, the Drum & Bass stage at FLIGHT FESTIVAL is taken over by Magnetic, and the first artist announced is Matrix & Futurebound, the duo that left a valuable mark on the history of Drum and Bass and created music that is meaningful to listeners of this musical style around the world.

FLIGHT FESTIVAL promises a memorable experience full of sensational artists, ready to deliver an explosive weekend of music and entertainment, unique installations, relaxation areas and activities for all ages.
