First Day of Untold Festival 2023 goes down in history

More than 95,000 fans from all over the world, the most famous artists, top DJs, fantastic characters from a magical world, international acrobats, entertainers, dancers celebrated the first day of the UNTOLD festival together. Thursday evening was truly magical for the fans, but also for the artists who arrived at the eight stages of the UNTOLD festival.

One of the most anticipated moments on the mainstage was the live show of the artist from the United States, Bebe Rexha, one of the premieres offered by the creators of UNTOLD to the festival fans. Nominated three times for the Grammy awards, appreciated for her strong voice and originality in music, Bebe Rexha thanked the fans for the way she was received at Cluj-Arena. “I am so far from my home, but to be here now is a joy. I love you and I’m so happy to be together!”.

With a live show in which he included the most famous songs, “I Got You”, “Say My Name”, “Meant To Be” or “In The Name Of Love”, but also productions included in the most new album titled “BeBe”, the artist of American origin presented, exclusively for the fans of the UNTOLD festival, a new track. “One In A Million” is the newest collaboration between Bebe Rexha and David Guetta, headliner of the 8th edition of the UNTOLD festival. The song was officially released today, August 4.

Bebe had an incredible interaction with fans, challenging them with a twerk contest. The artist chose two fans from the audience, whom she invited on the mainstage to dance together to the hit “Hey Mama”. All those present at Cluj-Arena encouraged their favorites. The euphoria of the fans was overwhelming, and the applause resounded strongly, accompanied by shouts of joy, and the dance contest ended with the victory of Alex from Timișoara.

ALOK: “Fans are the headliners, not the artists!”

The official opening ceremony treated fans to a special show by DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJ, Alok. “DJs are the last attraction of UNTOLD festival, the biggest attraction are the fans,” said the Brazilian. With an energetic live set, Alok took festival fun to another level.

During the first day, the eight stages vibrated with energy and joy, each artist contributed to the magic of the festival. ,,UNTOLD makes the world spin, feels, attracts you like a magnet. If I didn’t come to UNTOLD in a year, that would break my heart!” “Cake Me!” creator Steve Aoki told fans.

The American DJ and producer made an extraordinary surprise for UNTOLD fans, he included in the live set a Romanian song, “Andrii Popa”. It was total joy! The #7 DJ Mag Top 100 DJ dropped the cakes, but also dropped an UNTOLD premiere production, ‘Won’t Forget This Time’, a collaboration with John Martin and KAAZE.

Topic arrived at Cluj-Arena for the first time and declared himself in love with the UNTOLD festival.
