“Kidnapped in Romania” directed by Carlo Fusco and starring Romanian actress Maia Morgenstern will be screened at the Italian Cultural Institute in Bucharest on June 9, starting 7 p.m.
Director Carlo Fusco and actresses Maia Morgenstern and Ieva Lykos will attend the event.
The movie tells the story of several Italian-American journalists who go missing during a working mission in Romania. The film was made in Piatra-Neamt. It was presented at Marché du film de Cannes in May and will be distributed in USA, Japan and other countries as of September.
The script is signed by director Carlo Fusco and Luciano Filippo Santaniello, with Abraam Fontana as the producer.
