Oktoberfest 2017 festival started in Brasov – concerts, appetizing food and lots of beer

Oktoberfest Brasov Festival 2017 has started on Thursday in Piata Sfatului, downtown the city. More than 20,000 tourists are expected to attend the dance shows, brass band concerts and to enjoy the atmosphere of the festival for eleven days, while drinking more than 100 assortments of beer.
The ceremonies on Thursday started with a parade in Bavarian style, brass band music, which crossed the city of Brasov to reach the Municipal Stadium, where two huge tents have been assembled to host the festival.
For eleven days the offer includes blonde and black beer, brown, filtered, non-filtered and other dozens of variants of beer.
Organizers say they expect thousands of tourists from Germany, Britain, Austria as the festival has been promoted in western Europe.
The festival’s best card is the high quality cheap beer.
Next to the huge tents there is an amusement park for the kids.
