Outdoor cinema in Herastrau – reopened as of today for 5 weekends
The outdoor cinema – CineParK in Herastrau Park will be reopened on Friday (today), the City Hall informs in a press release.
During five weekends, the programme will include about 30 feature films, belonging to all genres – action, drama, mystery, fantasy, comedy, thriller and adventure films – will be projected every Friday, Saturday and Sunday starting at 20.30h.
“Fast and Furious”, “What Happens in Vegas”, “The King’s Speech”, “Midnight in Paris” are just a few of the projections that will take place in the 2017 edition.
Children are expected to cartoons every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 19.00h. They will watch movies such as “The Secret Life of Pets,” “The Aristocats,” “Finding Dory,” “Frozen,” “Pete’s Dragon,” and many others.
According to the communiqué, in Herăstrău Park – at the Charles de Gaulle entrance will be arranged a relaxation area in which the spectators can sit on grass, blankets or chairs, along with family and friends, and in the lounge area the public will be able to buy snacks and soft drinks during the movies.
At its fifth edition, CineParK is a space dedicated to people looking for unconventional and who prefer to spend their time outdoors, being a free and affordable alternative to classic cinema. Public access is free.
