The local authorities in Constanta found an original way to celebrate St. Valentine’s day and Dragobete in February, so the red light of the traffic lights on a boulevard are red heart-shaped.

The red heart-shaped light of the traffic lights will stay all through the month.

„Yet, we recommend driver to take into account that the red heart is replacing the sign STOP and to not venture to cross against the light”, the city hall says.

The red heart-shaped traffic lights are on Tomis Boulevard, from the entrance in Constanta until the crossroads with Ferdinand Boulevard.
