TRANSILVANIA SHORTS 2019: 4th edition of TS is coming to Brașov!

The 4th edition of Transilvania Shorts arrives for the first time in Brașov between 11th and 13th of July, at Centrul-Cultural Reduta, with an exceptional selection of films awarded in the biggest film festivals around the world.

The short films featured in the TS 2019 come from almost all corners of the world and were selected from over 700 films entered in the competition of this year’s edition: Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Italy, New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

Jury TS 2019 consists of: Bogdan Filip [director of photography and photographer], Stefan Crişan [music producer and sound editor], Sorin Baican [film editor, audio-visual producer], Augustin C. Pop [animator, actor and puppeteer], Damian Groves [director, animator and craft artist], Bogdan Zelinschi [illustrator and motion designer], and Radu Munteanu, film producer and director, the initiator & the director of TS festival.

All the films are subtitled in English and Romanian.

Transilvania Shorts is an annual event, designed with and for artists, to offer them a platform of free and independent expression, an useful tool for every filmmaker, in order to further showcase their films, and get their deserved public feedback and recognition.
