Where will be the largest graffiti in Bucharest?
The largest wall painting in Bucharest will be 18-metre high and will cover around 360 square metres of drawing. The fresco will be drawn on a building in Regie student district in Bucharest by the Sweet Damage Crew. The project will most probably be concluded on November 19.
100 liters of washable paint have been prepared for the graffiti and over 150 dye sprays. The team of graffers will work 200 hours 20 metres above the ground to make the project.
Sweet Damage Crew consists in seven graffers, with Florin B., aka Cage, being the project manager. He told Mediafax that the wall painting on Regie aims at “coloring Bucharest”.
“The blocks of flats should be a little bit more colored than this tiresome grey of Bucharest”, the artists added.
The Sweet Damage Crew graffers have over 15-year experience in this field and are known for making the most famous wall paintings in the Capital city, such as the one on General Eremia Grigorescu street or the one from the Film Garden (photo and video).
