Aerobics: 6 medals won by seniors, 6 by juniors – Romania’s balance sheet at the European Championships in Elvas

Romania has finished the Aerobics European Championships at Elvas (Portugal) in the seniors’ competition, scheduled Sunday afternoon, by winning another 6 medals (2 gold, 1 silver and 3 bronze) after the 6 medals won by the juniors in the previous meetings (2 gold and 4 silver).
In the seniors’ competition, the European champion titles were won in the individual women’s event by Corina Constantin (photo) and by the trio (Daciana Barna, Lavinia Panaete, Lucian Savulescu), the silver was won by the team of aero dance (Oprea, Drenea, Ganea, Darie Perse, Brot, Danescu, Stoenescu) and the 3 bronze medals were won in the women individual event by Bianca Gorgovan, in the men’s singles by Gabriel Bocser and in the group event (Gorgovan, Barna, Bocser, Panaete, Savulescu ).
Drawing the line, at the current edition of the European Championships for aerobics, the Romanian athletes have achieved an impressive result – 4 gold, 5 silver medals and 3 bronze, one of the greatest successes in this discipline.
