Australian Open draw: Find out the opponents of Romanian tennis players

The Romanian tennis players have learned their opponents in the first round at the Australian Open, following the draw on Thursday.
Simona Halep, 1st WTA, will play against Destanee Aiava (17, Australia, 193rd WTA). Sports analysts say in the second round Halep could face Eugenie Bouchard, in the third round Petra Kvitova and in the last sixteen round Elena Vesnina (16th seeded).
Sorana Cirstea will face Zarina Niyas (Kazakhstan, 60th WTA).
Ana Bogdan will have as opponent Kristina Mladenovici (France), while Irina Camelia Begu will face Ekaterina Makarova (Russia, 33rd WTA).
Monica Niculescu will play against Mona Barthel (Germany, 52nd WTA). Mihaela Buzarnescu will face second seeded Caroline Wozniaki.
On the men’s table, the only Romanian tennis player is Marius Copil, who will play against Giles Simon (France) in the first round.
