BRD Nastase Tiriac Trophy: Copil /Ungur have qualified for the semi-finals

Marius Copil/Adrian Ungur have qualified on Thursday to the semi-finals of the doubles event at BRD Nastase Tiriac Trophy tournament with prizes totalling EUR 494,310, after defeating 6-4, 7-6 (6), the couple Florin Mergea/Rohan Bopanna (Romania/India), seeded No. 2.
In the semi-finals, the Romanian pair will face British couple Colin Fleming/Jonathan Marray, which defeated 2-6, 6-3, 10-8 Treat Huey/Scott Lipsky (Philippines/USA) seeded number 4.
