Champions League: FCSB 2 Plzen 2 in third qualifying round

FCSB and Viktoria Plzen have concluded the match on Tuesday in a draw 2-2 (1-1) in Bucharest, at the National Arena, in the first round of the third qualifying round of Champions League.

FCSB was led twice by the goals scored by Michael Krmencik (23rd minute) and Jan Kopic (53rd minute), but succeeded to equalise with the goals scored by Constantin Budescu – photo (37th minute) and Filipe Teixeira (61st minute).

The return match will take place on August 2 in the Czech Republic.

Last year FCSB defeated Sparta Prague, whereas Viktoria Plzen was eliminated twice by Romanian teams – Petrolul Ploiesti and Astra Giurgiu.
