CSMS Iasi fails to qualify to Europa League third qualifying round after 1-2 vs. Hajduk Split
CSMS Iasi football club failed to qualify for the third qualifying round of Europa League after the team was defeated by Croatian team Hajduk Split, 2-1 (1-1) on Thursday evening on Poljud stadium in Split, in the second leg of the second qualifying round.
CSMS Iasi played a good game in Croatia, but failed to qualify after the result in the first round, 2-2, in Iasi.
Alexander Ciucur (26th minute) scored the goal of the Romanian team coached by Nicolo Napoli, while for Hajduk scored Fran Tudor (22nd minute), Franck Ohandza (90th minute).
