Cycling: Romanian Serghei Tvetcov wins Tour de Korea
Romanian cyclist Serghei Tvetcov (UnitedHealthcare) has won on Sunday the Tour de Korea, which included five stages.
In the final rankings, Tvetcov is followed by Stepan Astafiev (Kazakhstan – Vino Astana Motors) – 28 second behind and by Matteo Busato (Italy – Wilier Triestina Selle Italia) – 37 seconds behind, libertatea.ro reports.
The fifth stage took place on Sunday in Seoul, 65 km in length and was won by Raymond Kreder (Netherlands – Team Ukyo) in 1 hour 21 min and 05 seconds, followed by Mihkel Raeim (Estonia – Israel Cycling Academy) and by Joonyong Seo (South Korea – KSPO Bianchi Asia Procycling). Tvetcov was 31st, with the same time as the stage winner.
