Fencing: Romania’s team has won the foil World Cup stage in junior event in Belgrade
The Romanian fencing team, made up by Ana Bold, Malina C?lug?reanu, Maria bold, Corina Damaschin, has won on Sunday the foil World Cup stage for junior women’s event in Belgrade.
The Romanian athletes had the following results: last 8 – free; semi-finals – 45-21 against Egypt; Final – 45-44 against Poland, frscrima.ro informs.
Six teams participated to the competition. Poland ranked second place and the third place was taken by Hungary.
This was the second success in Belgrade last weekend, after Saturday’s victory for Malina C?lug?reanu in the individual event.
