Mirel Radoi, the new national football team coach
The Executive Committee of the Romanian Football Federation has unanimously Okayed Mirel Radoi to take over the position of national football team coach.
Mirel Radoi was the national football U-21 team of Romania.
As a footballer, Radoi played 67 matches for the Romanian national team, scoring two goals. He played for Steaua football club from 2000- to 2009, Al Hilal Riad, during 2009 – 2011, Al Ain 2011-2014.
The former national coach Cosmin Contra has stepped down from the position after Romania had failed to qualify for the EURO 2020.
