Simona Halep buys EUR 2m hotel in Poiana Brasov


Romanian tennis player Simona Halep, 2nd WTA, has decided to invests EUR 2 million to buy a four star hotel in Poiana Brasov mountain resort (central Romania).

Romania TV has announced that Simona Halep has paid no less than EUR 2 million to buy a 24-room hotel, including suites, whose market value is greatly increased by some art objects inside, but also by the direct view to the Postavarul Massif and the Piatra Craiului Mountains. According to the quoted source, the price for a person who wants to have a room for one night would be about EUR100.

The hotel bought in Poiana Brasov is not the only business in which Simona has invested. Her family has begun to build a residential complex in Constanta (eastern Romania, at the Black Sea seaside) in a neighbourhood near the seashore, and the sale of apartments has already begun.
