Romanian tennis player Simona Halep, 3rd WTA, has decided to give up two persons from her staff for the Roland Garros Grand Slam, fanatik.ro informs.

It is about training partner Vasile Antonescu and kinetotherapist Bogdan Covrig.

The source reads that Simona Halep is not satisfied with the results this year and wanted another training partner.

Digisport.ro reports that the new training partner will be Louis Quennessen, a French former tennis player, who has only played several matches as professional. For some time he is involved in fashion as model, but he returns to tennis from time to time, now to train together with the French Open tile winner in 2018.

It is for the second time that Simona gives up cooperation with Vasile Antonescu.

Simona Halep is accompanied in Paris by coach Daniel Dobre and physical trainer Teo Cercel.
