U 19 match: Romania defeats Serbia 4-0

Romania’s U 19 national team has defeated Serbia 4-0 on Wednesday, in the Elite Tournament.

The first goal was scored in the 18th minute by Vlad Dragomir, five minutes later Olimpiu Morutan increased the lead to 2-0. Baluta scored ten minutes into the second half to make it 3-0 and the final score was decided by Alex Matan in the 68th minute, ziare.com informs.

In the other match of the group, Sweden-Ukraine 0-0.

The group’s winner qualifies to the U 19 European Championship.

Romania currently tops the group.
