Women’s handball team HCM Baia Mare has qualified for the first time in the quarterfinals of the Champions League after defeating on Sunday evening at home 32-22 (17-11) Viborg (Denmark) in the last game of group 2 of the competition.
Following this success, HCM has qualified for to the quarterfinals and will play against Dinamo Volgograd (Russia).
