The chestnut trees are in blossom in Oradea
As the cold slowly has taken over the rest of the country, in western Romania it has warmed up. These temperature changes have not gone unheeded. The chestnut trees in Oradea are in blossom in full autumn, for the second time this year. The people of Oradea enjoy the view, but in fact the trees are in danger, stiri.tvr.ro reports.
In the summer, the chestnut leaves were devoured by a harmful larva. Then the cold wave arrived, followed by sudden warming. Thus, without leaves, the chestnuts receive signals that spring has come.
