The Constitutional Court rejects the Opposition’s challenge of the Law on judicial organisation

The Constitutional Court has rejected, on Wednesday, the PNL and USR challenge regarding the normative act amending and completing Law 304/2004 on judicial organisation.

According to CCR sources, the challenge was rejected as inadmissible because PNL and USR did not correctly indicate the constitutional texts allegedly being violated.
