US company Automatic Data Processing (ADP), one of the largest global providers of human resource management services and outsourcing, plans to hire 400 people over the next three years for its centre in Bucharest, which became operational late last year, ‘Ziarul financiar’ informs.
“We plan to hire up to 500 associates over the next three years, with the possibility to overcome this level,” said Jenn Ryan, vice president of Global Shoring division with the ADP. “At present we are at the stage of implementation, we recruit consultants, professionals for services and technology consultants. (…) We will soon expand our target segments in the recruitment process. “
ADP, which manages the payment of wages for 1 of 6 US employees – 24 million people, publishes an index of employment in the United States, which is taken as a reference by analysts before the publication of official data. The company, with revenues of over USD 10 billion in the fiscal year 2014, has over 52,000 employees and 600,000 customers worldwide.
