State Secretary with the Ministry of Finance Daniela Pescaru said on Thursday that an audit is conducted by the Court of Auditors these days on the two positive budget rectifications last year made by the Cioloş government.
“At the Finance Ministry there is an audit being conducted by the Court of Auditors on this issue, the two budget rectifications last year. The data are not yet final on execution, when the Court of Auditors will complete the checks you will get more information. They focus on questions asked by the parliamentary committees,” said Daniela Pescaru during her hearing by the members of the Chamber of Deputies and Senate budget committees, which conduct a parliamentary inquiry on the positive budget rectifications last year.
Daniela Pescaru noted that the assessment of potential revenues of the consolidated general budget is done on a specialized department of the Ministry of Finance.
