Udrea was taken out handcuffed from The National Anti-corruption Directorate HQs and placed in the Police arrest facing preventive arrest on Wednesday. “You can handcuff Elena Udrea but you cannot handcuff the truth,” Udrea said while leaving.

Udrea was summoned at DNA to give statements in Microsoft and Gala Bute files before noon.
