The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) has found RON 86.9 million undeclared money for 2011 at the first ten individuals with large wealth, a press release from the institution informs. The Group of Individuals with Large Wealth (PFAM) consists of 336 people, analyzed and checked for fiscal risks and being applied compliance programmes. The ten individuals with large wealth are to pay further taxes of some RON 13 million, hotnews.ro informs.
In 2015 they the fiscal verifications for the first 10 people of the PFAM group were completed (out of 336 people).
Of the total undeclared income of RON 86,948,321, the amount of RON 23,771,463 is with unidentified source. Additional income tax was set – RON 3,803,434 and tax liabilities (fees for late payment and interest) – RON 2,437,706.
The difference of RON 63,176,858 is undeclared income with identified source. An additional income tax was set – RON 10,108,297 and tax liabilities (fees for late payment and interest) – its level being currently calculated.
