Porsche Romania has notified the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) about starting a campaign to call 707 Skoda Rapid and Octavia III cars in service, according to the information posted on the institution’s website.
“The listed cars may have a fault in the mechanism for locking the door from the inside (Child Protection). All Skoda dealers have been informed of this measure. Dealers will send customers letters in view of programming for service,” the document reads.
According to the document, the repair operation involves checking the mechanism, possibly replacing it, if not working properly. The operation takes about an hour.
