The draft law on cancellation of liabilities was adopted in principle by the government on Wednesday and by Friday it will be submitted to Parliament for urgent debate. The project has been submitted on the agenda of Wednesday for a first reading.
At the end of the meeting, government spokesman Cornelius Calot? announced, however, that the draft was adopted in principle by the Government and was agreed that, until Friday, it will be submitted to Parliament for urgent debate.
In the meantime, the Ministry of Finance and the National Health Insurance will clarify details.
The government will cancel tax obligations resulting from the recommitting by ANAF of the incomes from independent activities as dependent activities, arising until June 1, 2015 and unpaid, including differences in VAT on income from intellectual property rights.
It will be cancelled and the obligation to pay contributions for health insurance, unpaid, but only for people whose monthly calculation base is smaller than the minimum gross salary at country level related to tax periods between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2014.
