We recommend those who are still having problems to turn off and restart the phone. Thanks to everyone for patience and understanding,” the Orange message on Facebook reads.

The Orange mobile telephony network faced problems Wednesday afternoon, due to multiple severing of the optical fiber network, the company informed on Facebook.
“Hello. For the time being, part of our customers is facing difficulties in accessing the voice and data services, as well as the Orange applications. This situation has come up due to the multiple severing of the optical fiber network. Our colleagues from the technical department are working to remedy the problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We will inform immediately as we have news,” the Orange Romania message read.
