The seaside accommodations managed by Rezident, which dominate its network of short-term rentals, were fully booked for the May 1st holiday shortly after the offers were released. From resorts like Eforie Nord to the city of Constanța or the tranquil village of Corbu, tourists are enjoying a three-day getaway with prices starting from 735 lei per room. Rezident has largely maintained last year’s prices and expects a 20% revenue increase in 2025.

Double rooms at Rezident Corbu, located in the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve, were fully booked by travelers looking for peace and nature. The price for a three-night stay started at 735 lei per room.
Rezident Eforie Nord apartments, popular among families with children, offered the comfort of apartment-style living and access to the resort vibe. Sea-view apartments were available from 855 lei for three nights.
Meanwhile, Rezident Tomis Marina apartments, near Tomis Tourist Port and Ovidiu Square, attracted those preferring Constanța’s vibrant city atmosphere with cultural attractions and nightlife. A three-night stay here started at 1,180 lei.

Covering Every Type of Vacation in 2025

Rezident now caters to all vacation types: resort stays in Eforie Nord, seaside urban vacations or off-season city breaks in Constanța (Tomis Marina), nature getaways in Corbu and the beach strip between the two Efories, mountain escapes in Predeal, and business or leisure travel in Bucharest.

The network expanded this year to 90 apartments and double rooms, adding locations in Constanța and on the beach between the Efories. Thanks to the expansion and rising demand for city breaks outside the summer season—both in Constanța and Bucharest—Rezident projects a 20% increase in sales this year.

We’ve largely kept last year’s prices and are glad to see more repeat guests choosing us year after year,” said Teodora Șaitoș, General Manager of Rezident.
“For many of them, Rezident has become their home by the sea, in the mountains, or in the capital. Whether traveling for vacation, a city break, or business, guests are drawn by our brand promise: consistent quality across all locations, backed by a responsive and caring Customer Service team.”

Summer by the Sea: Between the Efories and at Corbu

Starting in June, Rezident will open Villa Eforie, a building with six double rooms located on the narrow strip between Eforie Nord and Eforie Sud, with direct beach access. Pet-friendly, these rooms start at 241 lei/night during weekdays.

At Corbu, bookings for May and June are already up over 30% year-over-year. The ten pet-friendly double rooms are in high demand for vacations immersed in nature within the protected coastal area. Starting this year, guests have in-room access to a beach tent, mats, and a beach bag. The coworking space also remains open during the summer season. The “Work from Corbu” program continues this year in the shoulder seasons, with prices starting from 650 lei for three nights.

Summer in the Resort

The “Everyone’s Seaside” program is also active this year at Rezident Eforie Nord, offering special rates for shoulder-season stays. A 13-night vacation starts from 1,750 lei—an accessible option for guests looking for a longer, quieter seaside break in a fully equipped apartment. For July and August, most units are already booked, and during the “Beach, Please!” festival, all apartments are sold out.

Urban Beach Getaways

Apartments and rooms in Tomis Marina, located in Constanța’s old town and fully managed by Rezident, are a year-round favorite—ideal for off-season city breaks, summer holidays in the city, or business travel.

Occupancy increased by 50% in Q1 compared to the same period last year. For summer, the majority of bookings are for July and August. New for this year: beach loungers are included in the stay, at a beach just steps away from the Tomis Marina building.
