West Gate extends the lease agreement with Siemens for another 5 years

West Gate office park, owned by Genesis Property, extends the lease agreement with Siemens, for another 5 years, a press release informs.

Moreover, the business park located on the western side of Bucharest, added 700 sqm to the existing lease contract with the German-based company, reaching a total of almost 5,500 sqm.

West Gate is hosting Siemens since 2008, and the recently signed contract will enter into force in December 2018.

“We are proud that a company such Siemens chose to remain our tenant by 2023. A 15-year contract in the same location is not very common in real estate,” Liviu Tudor, chairman and founder of Genesis Development stated.

Recently, Genesis Property announced a premiere on the local office market, namely a outdoor pool with running track and roller blading, for which the developer comes with investments of EUR 1.5 million.
