At least 18 dead in Paris multiple attacks
At least 18 people have been killed in multiple attacks in Paris, French media reports.
A gunman has reportedly opened fire in a Paris bar, killing at least two people and injuring seven.
The gunman is said to have used a semi-automatic weapon in the attack, close to the Goncort metro station.
French president François Hollande and interior minister Bernard Cazeneuve were rushing to the interior ministry to keep track of events, Mr Hollande’s office said.
Police are reported to be rushing to the scene near the Place de la Republique in the 11th Arrondissement.
There are also reports that two explosions were heard close to Stade de France Stadium where France and Germany were playing a football match.
