Xerox Romania, part of the biggest manufacturer of copiers in the world, will recruit 40 specialists by the end of year for the service center in Oradea. The staffing of the center in Oradea has increased from 35 in early 2015 to over 110 employees currently.
“Due to the relocation of the center in Oradea, the company will be able to provide an optimal workspace to a growing number of employees and will consider future expansion, all this to meet customers’ requirements,” Robert van Diem, Senior Vice President Xerox Customer Care Operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa, said.
Besides language skills, the candidates competing for vacancies should have selling and negotiation skills. The company has two centers in Bucharest, two in Iasi, and one each in Bacau and Oradea, with a total of over 2,300 employees.
