ZebraPay becomes SelfPay, investing EUR 350,000 in rebranding

Romanian software company ZebraPay becomes SelfPay, following a rebranding process which involved an investment of EUR 350,000, a press releas informs.

According to Adrian Badea, CEO SelfPay, through the new identity, SelfPay is positioned as an important player in the self-service terminals market by transforming the payment terminals concept into payment stations, where customers in 750 localities across the country can make payments for over 100 regional, national and international services.

The rebranding process means replacing all visual identity elements with the SelfPay brand and launching payment stations.

7.5 million transactions were made via ZebraPay payment terminals in 2017, up by 19 percent year-on-year. At the same time, the company registered a turnover of RON 66.3 million in 2017, up by 26.7 percent compared to the previous year.

For 2018, SelfPay’s management team estimates an increase in processed data by 80 percent and a 70 percent rise in turnover compared to 2017.
