Adviser in Ministry of Digitization displays impressive wealth: 11 lodgings, with 2 in Spain

Oana Babagianu, senior adviser at the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitization and PNL Diaspora deputy general secretary, has an impressive fortune. Among other things, he is associated in five companies, one of them owning a hairdresser in London, promoted in the country by Ana-Maria Prodan, his godmother, PressHub reports.

The young woman lived abroad for 15 years, she is the deputy general secretary of PNL Diaspora, an organization led by MEP Rareș Bogdan, and the daughter of a local liberal leader, her father being sub-prefect of Ialomița county.

She was hired in April at the Ministry of Energy as an adviser. After just two weeks, he moved to the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitization, as a senior adviser.

According to her wealth statement, Oana Babagianu owns 11 homes, two of which are in Spain. Thus, together with her husband, she has a house in Madrid of 840 square meters and a holiday house in Denia-Spain, of 250 square meters, of which she is the sole owner.

The apartments in Bucharest have a total area of ​​570 square meters, to which are added apartments in Voluntari and Dudu-Ilfov.

She also owns a land in Madrid with an area of ​​2,772 square meters, a Range Rover car, several accounts, dividends of 856,286 lei, but also debts. The largest credit is 686,000 euros, at Caixa Bank.

The revenues, quite modest, obtained last year are from three companies in Urziceni, where she is listed as a director.

Her husband, Viorel Babagianu (he took his wife’s last name), director of a company in Ialomita and one in London, supplemented the family’s income.

Oana Babagianu is partner in a hairdresser in London, promoted in Romania by impresario Ana-Maria Prodan, who baptized her children.
