A new audio recording allegedly with the voices of DNA Prahova prosecutors released by private TV broadcaster

Antena 3 TV private broadcaster has released Sunday night a new audio recording that claims to reveal “how DNA Ploiesti fabricated false evidence” in the file of Andrei Volosevici, former mayor of Ploiesti, so that he “no longer runs for the Ploiesti City Hall”.

The alleged recording at the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) Ploiesti offices was made by former Deputy Vlad Cosma and includes the voices of Vlad Cosma, as well as of the head of the DNA Ploiesti, Lucian Onea (photo 2) , of the DNA Ploiesti prosecutor Giluela Deaconu and of the DNA judicial policeman Gabriela Florea. Antena 3 TV claims this it is “a new proof on how evidence at DNA Ploiesti was forged.”

The release of the new recordings takes place in the context in which the last hearings in the trial in which former deputy Vlad Cosma and his father, Mircea Cosma, were sentenced to five years, respectively eight years in jail, is scheduled on Monday, February 19. The two were accused of having received EUR 1 million from the managers of some companies for the award of contracts by Prahova County Council.

Vlad Cosma says Giluela Deaconu is “another DNA Ploiesti prosecutor against whom I filed a criminal complaint.”

Cosma claims that the audio recording was made at the DNA Ploiesti offices one day before he was heard as witness in the file of the former Mayor of Ploiesti, Andrei Volosevich, “the file was fabricated against him, in the spring of 2016, so that he no longer runs for the Ploiesti Town Hall.”

Vlad Cosma says that in the recordings, the DNA Ploiesti prosecutor Giluela Deaconu tells him that “tomorrow you will be heard as a witness and told me what I have to say.”
