Colectiv fire: 22 yo injured young man dies. Death toll peak to 59

Another person injured in the fire at the  Colectiv nightclub has died Saturday morning at Sfantul Ioan Hospital, medical sources said, the death toll peaking to 59.
The patient, aged 22 years, who died on Saturday at Sfantul Ioan Hospital, was the only one of the injured at the Colectiv fire on October 30 still hospitalized in the health unit.

Alexandru Mihai Iancu was from Bucharest, has graduated the Academy of Economic Studies and was a rock-and-roller who loved to play the guitar. Alexandru was a big fan of ‘Goodbye to Gravity”; he had several video clips of the band posted on his Facebook account advising his friends to go to the rock band’s concert at Colectiv club on October 30.

According to the Health Ministry, on Saturday morning 40 injured were still hospitalized in Bucharest, ten of them in critical and serious condition.
On Friday another young woman injured in the fire at the Colectiv nightclub died at a hospital in Germany, where she had been transferred after almost two weeks of treatment at a hospital in Bucharest.
According to medical sources, the young woman was Andreea Stefan, 28 year old, from Ramnicu Valcea. She had been hospitalized at ‘Sf. Ioan’ Hospital, after the tragedy at Colectiv nightclub on October 30, in critical condition, with burns on 50 percent of her body and burns of the respiratory tract.
