The EUR exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) went up by 2.72 bani on Friday to RON 4.5297, the maximum level since January 28, 2014, in the context of exits from government bonds before the Fed decision and after the disappointment generated by last week’s ECB announcement.
The USD was quoted by BNR up by 1.6 bani to RON 4.1326.
The Swiss Franc (CHF) was traded for RON 4.1619, up by 2.03 bani against Thursday.
