Aktor (Greece) – Euroconstruct Trading 98 (Romania) have won the contract for the construction of the 3.3 km of the Bucharest – Ploiesti highway entering the capital in the Petricani area. The Aktor-Euroconstruct’s offer for to contract, which includes the completion of the road junctions at Moara Vlasiei and at the Ring Road is about RON 130 million, about 75% of the value estimated at the auction by the Motorways Company, hotnews.ro reports.
The Aktor – EuroContruct Trading 98 association bid approximately RON 129.2 million, i.e. about 75% of the CNADNR estimated value of RON 173 million. The Aktor-Euroconstruct bid was the second in the auction, after the bid made by Serenissima Construzioni – Luca Way SRL of about RON 87.8 million (51%).
The construction’s deadline is 18 months.
The design and the execution of the first 3.3 km out of Bucharest of the A3 Bucharest – Ploiesti highway, in the Petricani area to the Popasului road, along with the completing of the road junctions on Bucharest Ring Road (km 6 + 500) and on Moara Vlasiei (km 19 + 500) was auctioned by the Motorways Company (CNADNR) on May 15, three months after the termination of the contract with Impresa Pizzarotti (Italy).
