Hidroelectrica has put on sale for open auction during November 23-26, 2015, some 31 small hydropower plants, with a total installed power of 25.7 MW and energy project of 77.79 GWh, for the lowest price, in accordance with the creditors’ approval dated September 29, 2015. On previous auctions in November, for the 31 small hydropower plants the sale price was of RON 83.2 million, now their value has dropped to about RON 70 million, so a reduction of RON 13 million, thus a discount of up to 20%, Hidroelectrica informs.
Hidroelectrica runs thus a new stage of the small hydropower plants sales process, which began in June 2013 following a decision of the receiver- judicial administrator. Until now 28 plants were sold for RON 79,649,535, approx. EUR 18 million.
