Vodafone Romania hires 150 people in a new customer center in Pitesti

Vodafone Romania opens a new Customer Center in Pitesti and creates jobs for 150 young people, students and graduates, a press release informs. The teams from the new center will serve both clients, individuals and companies. The recruitment process will begin in this March.

“Vodafone Romania is the first mobile operator to set up a customer service in 1998, and which is constantly investing in improving the customer experience. Throughout our 20-year history in Romania, we have constantly developed this business division and opening of the new customer center in Pitesti is a natural step in this regard,” Ana Alexe, customer operations manager, Vodafone Romania, stated.

For training Customer Center team in Pitesti, Vodafone Romania will recruit people with good communication skills and computer use, as well as a quick learning ability.

Vodafone Romania is already operating several large customer centers in Bucharest, Brasov and Craiova, including the smaller regional centers in Iasi and Bacau.
