The phenomenon artist of the moment, BURNA BOY, comes to Romania for the first time at the UNTOLD festival. BURNA BOY, winner of a Grammy award in the “Best Global Music Album” category, will arrive this summer on the main stage of the UNTOLD festival.
The other day, Time Magazine included him in the ranking of the world’s 100 most influential personalities in the year 2024. This ranking recognizes and honors the involvement that these 100 people have in areas such as art, culture and social activism.
With its infectious rhythms and diverse influences, the Afrobeats genre has quickly become a global phenomenon. Originating in Africa, this vibrant and energetic musical style has captivated audiences around the world. Artists such as BURNA BOY, Wizkid and Davido were among the pioneers who propelled Afrobeats into the international music mainstream.
The UNTOLD festival takes place between August 8-11, in Cluj-Napoca.
