4-star accommodation unit within West Gate Business Park, following a EUR 500,000 investment

West Gate Business Park, located on the western side of Bucharest and owned by Genesis Development, officially opens a four-star accommodation facility, following an investment of EUR 500,000, a press release informs.

This facility, a first in an office park in Romania, completes the offer of services dedicated to tenant companies and student families in the West Gate Studios campus.

“Studio One – Accommodation Suites is a project developed from a real need, discovered among West Gate companies. It is much easier and more productive to accommodate your partners or colleagues in the delegation or in training just three minutes away from the office than to walk around the city,” Liviu Tudor, president and founder of Genesis Property stated.

The Studio One Accommodation Suites, located in the West part of Bucharest, in Militari Area, is part of West Gate Business Park. It has 32 rooms equipped with all necessary amenities (kitchenette, air conditioning, modern bathroom, WIFI access, TV, desk and minibar) with free parking and security services.

The total amount of investment in West Park services and facilities has so far amounted to over EUR 5 million.

West Gate Business Park is one of the bigest business parks in Bucharest, with 5 office buildings, having a total leasable area of 75,000 square meters, the largest private student campus in Romania – West Gate Studios and 15,000 sqm of outdoor green spaces.

Among companies with headquarters in West Gate are: Societe Generale European Business Services, Dacia Renault, Siemens, Ericsson, WNS, Citi, Accenture, Panasonic, Alpha Bank, Carestream Health and Medicover.

I started my way in life with the intention to pursue a teaching career. But, after graduating from the Faculty of Letters – the University of Bucharest in 2004, my first job as a reporter at one of the leading newspapers in Romania changed my perspective. I have specialized in communication and communication campaigns, following the Master's courses at the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Studies (FJSC), attending a BBC Communications scholarship.
I’ve represented several important publications in Romania as business journalist, being accredited in the finance and banking field. In 2015, I had the opportunity to interview the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Mission Chief for Romania, Andrea Schaechter. As business journalist, I also had the opportunity to interview ministers for Economics and Commercial
Affairs offices within different embassies in Romania or officials of large companies investing on the domestic market.
After almost 15 years of journalism, I still want to explore new ways, to inform and stay updated. That’s why The Romania Journal project fits me so well.
Today I describe myself as a passionate about the history of world culture, having a PhD in Hebrew Culture and Civilization, after a scholarship at the University of Haifa International School, as a language addict, an environmental activist, pet lover and traveler.
