Dacia Duster is on the first position in January, in terms of sales in Italy, in segment C, overtaking Fiat 500 X, which dominated the market in the past several years.
“2019 starts with news which will not go unnoticed regarding the first month of this year. Duster was the best sold model in segment C in Italy, It is a very important market segment, with one of three car buyers,” Blasting News reads.
With 3,923 cars sold, Dacia Duster has succeeded to overtake Fiat 500 X, the absolute market leader in 2018. Fiat 500 X was sold in 3.410 units in January in Italy, as compared to 5,000 units sold in January 2018. On positions 3 and 4 are Jeep Compass and Jeep Renegade with 2,979 units sold and 2,963 units respectively. The starting price for Dacia Duster in Italy is EUR 11,900.
