PM Victor Ponta to return to Romania within a few days

Justice Minister Robert Cazanciuc said on Wednesday he had talked to the prime minister and Ponta informed him he would return to Romanian in a few days’ time. “I spoke to him precisely this morning. He is feeling better and better and he will return to Romania within a few days (…) I don’t know exactly when,” Cazanciuc said when arriving at the Law University where he will attend the constitutional Codex launching.
On the other hand, official sources told Digi 24 that Ponta’s comeback is expected on Sunday.
PM Victor Ponta underwent a left knee surgery in Turkey two weeks ago, arguing he decided to have surgery outside Romania in order to have ‘peace and rest’.
